Who is Mono?

Mono comes from Nepal and has been playing music, full-time for more than 20 years (he is older than he looks).

He has a huge repertoire, from Aussie pub rock, to blues, rhythm and funk to upbeat party songs. 

Mono played with a very well known Nepalese rock band (search Sabin Rai) and toured internationally before migrating to Australia in 2017 to be with his Australian partner. 

What is Mono's Musical Style?

Mono prides himself on being versatile: he can offer two distinct styles (and everything inbetween).

1. The Full Band.

Mono blends guitar, drums, and live looping into a full-band sound that gets people on their feet. He can replicate a full-band sound, layering lead, rhythm and bass guitars with percussion.

2. Acoustic Melodies.

For quieter moments, he switches to acoustic covers of popular songs using his favourite: a Cole Clark, Australian made guitar.
